  Placed an order online. When I arrived, they handed me a bag of food, but for some reason they asked me what kind of sundae and milkshake I ordered. Aren't those things on the receipt? Got the bag, Sundae and milkshake and went home. When I got home, I discovered they forgot one of my items. I wasn't about to go back just for that item. Called the store. A man named Jordan wanted to know if I was coming back for them today or tomorrow. I would have preferred they either refund the money or tell me I can pick it up whenever I had time. Not try to nail down a specific time and date. I love in Grovetown. I don't know when the next time I will be by there. Should I have double checked my order? Probably and the next time I decide to go there, I definitely will. Should they have made sure everything ordered was in the bag before handing it to me? YES! That's kinda your job.

  Went through the drive thru, ordered 3 shooters, fries, and a milkshake. Tried to tell them what sauces for the shooters but got no response. Pulled up to the window and waited for 3 minutes. During this 3 minutes, I watched an employee blow his nose then continue to handle food. When the woman finally opened the window to take my card, I tried to ask for seasoning on my fries (my fault, forgot to ask when ordering) and for sauce on my shooters. "Could I also-", she took my card and shut the window. She opened the window, gave me my card and shut the window again quickly. I waited for another 3.5 minutes (thank you to their timer inside the window) until I received my sauceless shooters, as I never got a chance to ask for sauce. Overall was not a good experience. I might suggest better customer service training for employees. And maybe more hand washing. But the food is average Steak 'n Shake food and my milkshake is delicious.

  It's a good fast food place. It's a good thing I'm lactose intolerant because I'd drink way too many of their milkshakes. They are also 24 hours and have decent late night coffee. It's a great place to stop for that snack after a night downtown.
