- 1 / 5By pinklove54ifyDirty and disgusting. The soda machine was full of Ice and when you go to put ice in your cup it sticks, no one had bothered to clean it. The Soda tasted gross which is an indicator that they don't properly clean the machine. There was grim on the counter top next to the soda machine and they had their cleaner just sitting out right there. There were no clean tables and it wasn't busy at all. The food tastes weird, I've been to other Cici's restaurants so I know what the food is supposed to taste like. In the booths the walls had spilled soda on them and were not cleaned properly. The floor looked like a dirty night club. The "clean" plates were dirty. The ceiling looked like it had a leak. This place should be shut down.June 21, 2016
